Shipping policy
We want your order — and your pet's new favorite thing — to arrive quickly and safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after your order is dispatched. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier schedules.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $50, calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send your tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, email us at support@kindredpaw.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package and find a solution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can't be responsible for deliveries made to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
